Simon Page is a UK graphic designer with some really stunning bold geometric work on his site. His posters for the International Year of Astronomy are so beautiful, I challenge you to pick your favourite. Most interesting thing about Simon? He studied Maths at Uni and has only been designing since 2007. Bow to your Sensei.

Typedia is an awesome blog that acts like Wikipedia for Typography. A community website dedicated to typefaces, all things type related and educating people about type – anyone can join, add and edit pages to share the info that they come across.
